Here is my recipe for lettuce wraps....similar to PF Changs but with my own twist
Feel free to use and modify for your own needs....one of favorite meals

Losing weight doesnt have to taste bad right....

    I love PF Chang's lettuce wraps... delish! I usually get that and shrimp with plain lo mein... actually not too bad on calories for eating out.

    Don't know anything about PF Changs, heard about it recently on TV and then saw it in my Curves book...but I've had lettuce wrap type things at a vietnamese restaurant that were TDF. Will check it out, thanks for the link!

    I know....I love them as well....
    The nearest one is 2 hours away so I just decided to do my own thing....

    You should try it.....

    Hmmm maybe I should make it with shrimp next time....you've given a great idea :)
