What is your favorite 30 or 60-day program? I am looking for something with cardio/weights that will give me a serious workout - but don't have time for P90X
I have about 60 days before my wedding dress arrives and I will have to maintain where I'm at from there til my wedding because I won't have time for multiple alterations.

This site has been it for me, hands down. Since joining, because of you, I have lost 5 pounds. That might not seem much to most but I have struggled with this on and off for a few years. I realized today I cut out 1500 calories a day since I started here. That means I was eating about 3500 calories a day. Not even realizing how much I was shoveling in my mouth. I always maintained because I work out so much. For strength training try Bob Harper. It's still about an hour a day. You really only need it three times a week. Thanks my friend.0

Jillian Michaels' 30 Day Shred is AMAZING! i suggest it to everyone! it only takes 25ish mins a day & by day 5 consecutively, Jillian guarantees inches lost! i LOVE it. not too hard, but deff gives results & fits into a busy schedule. i just started her 6 Week Six-Pack & it is MUCH harder, but only 35 mins a workout & i'm sure i'll see results with this too!0

I'm so glad you're here, too, Aims! I'd do P90X with you, but I can't get it finished in time. Boo. I'll do it mid-July when I'm back all fat and tan from my honeymoon :ohwell:0 -
you will be tan but not fat0
