I can walk but it hurts!
Now I'm in a quandry for what I can do for my workouts because obviously running, walking, elliptical, bike, etc..... are all out.
I know I can lift weights but what else can I do?

Take it easy for a day or two. Give it time to heal! I know, easier said than done.. I hurt my back/hip on Sunday and I'm dying to get out and run... but I'm waiting. It just hurts to move, especially getting up off a chair. So it's ice/rest/ibuprofen for a couple days. Hopefully I'll be back by Thursday.0

REST!!!
Rest and re-assess the situation tomorrow.0 -
Take it easy. Recovery is more important right now. Just keep a tab (sensibly) on your food.0

As everyone said, rest. You do not want to chance hurting yourself further0

I agree! I hurt my ankles 3 weeks ago! (1 week after i joined mfp!) and I haven't been able to do a proper work out since then! I just watched my food intake and have still managed to lose 1 kg 1 week as planned.
However some other exercises you can do could be: gentle yoga, sit ups and maybe some real gentle swimming.
But like I said you are better off resting :flowerforyou:
Get well soon :flowerforyou:0
