Referencing once again the infamous Twinkie Diet, RD Janet Helms cites a study that says people who eat real food actually burn more calories just by eating. Makes sense. If a factory processes your food, your body is doing less work.

Yay, another great article that tells us to eat REAL food to be healthy! Hopefully someone can find a link to the whole article and post it here so that lots of people who still eat processed junk and TV dinners can get a better understanding of why real food is much healthier.0
