Has or does anyone know of a good 48 hour cleansing/detox regimen?

I know of a 72 hour detox that I found around the holidays. I actually have been doing it for 4 days every 4 weeks. It seems to do it's job and I always feel great afterwards. I have done it 3x and have lost 4 lbs everytime.
Breakfast-Protein Shake---1/2 c blueberries, 1/2 c rasberries, 1/2 banana, 1 tsp cinnamon, 3/4 c skim milk, 1 scoop of protein, & 5 ice cubes. Blend. Green tea or black coffee.
Lunch-Salad---Unlimited Spinach and antioxidant rich veggies (bell peppers, red onions, tomatoes, etc), 1 tsp crushed pecans, 1 tsp olive oil, unlimited balsamic or red wine vinegar. Green Tea. Also drink 2 8 fl oz glasses of water 1/2 hr before eating.
Snack---1/2 c Unsalted Pistachios. Green Tea optional.
Dinner---Unlimited baked, broiled, or grilled fish seasoned with fresh lemon juice and black pepper, unlimited broccoli raw or steamed. Green Tea. Also drink 2 8 fl oz glasses of water 1/2 hr before eating.
Only eat what is listed-Absolutely no salt, sugar (even substitutes), salad dressing, honey, etc.
Drink only what is listed.
Drink as much water as you like.

I'm not familiar with most cleanses other than the Shakeology cleanse which I believe works rather well. I was planning on actually doing that this weekend to lose a couple extra pounds of bloating for my Biggest Loser contest at work. :bigsmile:0

Thanks for the suggestions.. I heard they really help in boosting the weight loss. So I think Im am goin to research and see what I can find0
