Hi guys,

I was just wondering if you guys know of some good meal plan websites that have shopping lists to go along with them. I will be home on April 1 and I wanted to go immediately to the grocery store and pick up everything I need for the week. I generally dont cook so I need some simple meal ideas so that I can eat healthy while I'm at home. Thanks guys

RachelRay, WedMD, RealAge...there are tons of sites that can help you plan your meals and print a grocery list. I plan my meals each week and it truly helps me stay on track. Best wishes to you.

    I know of 3:

    http://www.e-mealz.com/
    http://www.glucomenu.com/
    http://www.papayahead.com/

The first 2 are services you have to pay for, the second is specifically geared toward diabetics. The third is free, but I've never been able to get it to work.

I got a lot of my ideas from the Beachbody website as well. They have a meal planner, and for people just starting out, they will actually give you a sample meal plan that breaks down the recipes into calories and all the macros so you can see what you are eating. You can also swap out for other meals if you don't like what's on their planner.

I always plan my meals ahead of time for the whole week and buy only what I need to make those meals on the list. It saves time and money, as well as fat because there are no fatty greasy things on my meal plan.
