lost 2 pounds my first week : )

HI! my name is cindy. after my first week on this site and tracking my calories and exercise i have lost 2 pounds! i hope to keep this pace and lose 30 pounds by my week at the beach in july! other goals include being able to run three miles by august 15th (so i can run with my field hockey team) and becoming a better cook for me and my husband! thanks for all the support and tips : )

    Good Job! I lost 2lbs also. I have been walking 4.5 miles a day and trying to watch my calories also. Keep up the good work.
