Quinoa Recipe with Pics (Vegetarian)

I made this for lunch for tomorrow and couldn't help but sneak a few bites tonight - it's delicious!

    I made Quinoa the other night with saffron, cinnamon, cumin, nutmeg, coriander, with fresh dill and lima beans. Turned out amazingly deicious!

    looks like a great side dish and would be yummy with some beans or veggies added
