Almost knew!

I'm 22 years old and wouldn't consider myself overweight but I'd like to get more toned and eat a healthy diet. I've been on here for over a week and feel a lot better following a routine of exercise and a good eating habit. Being a student, it's hard to always eat the right food as it seems the healthier options are always slightly more expensive then the unhealthier options.

I have also been doing 50-100 sit ups a day but don't feel that my stomachs getting anymore toned, so if anyone has any helpful tips on how I can work on my stomach more I'd be very grateful.

    I've been doing the Tae-Bo Insane Abs workout. It's 65 minutes long, with half the workouts standing and half on the floor. Check it out!! :)
