Does anyone else do this?

About an hour before bed, I'll jump on MFP and look up my micronutrients. Today I see that I was low on Vitamin A. So I'll go and eat a carrot and boom 100% Vitamin A for the day

Yeah, I'll do that from time to time. Like say I'm way under my calorie goal. I'll literally measure out table spoons of peanut butter or something along the lines to increase my calories just a little.0

I check but usually not to top up. I always hit my vitamin A & C and could always use more iron & vitamin B.0

Nope. Not following it that closely. Kudos to you for doing it that way.0

I check nutrients throughout the day. If I see I'm low on calcium, I'll either try eat more or take a supplement. I do take daily vitamins so I'm really never low on the main vitamins. I just need to watch calcium, potassium and iron...0

I take a prenatal every day, and any protein products I eat usually cover the rest LOL!0
