Western Omelette Bake .... just over 200 calories!
You could even sub egg substitute for the 6 whole eggs I used and make it lower. Great throw together dish. I have been baking this kind of thing and then serving it up all week for quick and healthy breakfast. SCORE!

You may love it, because by nature Im no egg fan either! Hence the egg creations to get more protein lol0
