My sister in law and her three teenage girls will be coming to visit us next weekend. My SIL was recently diagnosed with diabetes so I want to find some meal ideas that she will have not problems eating. But they also have to satisfy three teenage girls, a four year old boy(my step son) and my bear of a fiancée.
I'm actually excited to have the chance to try making healthy tasty new recipes so then I can eat whatever everyone else is eating for a change!
Any suggestions?
Before I remembered she now has diabetes I was thinking of doing tacos but I'm guessing they are to high in sodium?(I make them with ground turkey)
I was also thinking of Whole wheat crepes with fresh fruit for breakfast?

Looks like this site has a lot of good recipes, and they are broken down by catigorie.
Good luck
