so I just finished my second day of this, and I don't feel any burn in my abs, even though she kept saying "your abs should be on fire". is this happening to anybody else? should i give it more time. I know my form is correct. I don't know if it is maybe that I've been doing the 30 day shred for a while, as well as No more trouble zones (which on this one I can feel my abs burning).
I just didn't know if maybe i am doing something wrong..?

    I've been working out pretty regularly too and didn't feel the burn in the abs she was describing. I figure just contract the abs harder and see what happens.

    I actually tend to feel more of a "burn" in my obliques than my core. My suggestion - give level 2 a try and see if that might be a more challenging workout for you.

    ok, i will try level 2 tomorrow then and see if i feel anything.
    it had me nervous because its not like i already have abs of anything!
