1/2 cup orange juice
1/2 cup skim milk
1/2 banana
1/2 - 3/4 cup your favorite frozen fruit (depending on the consistency you like)
The key is to start blending on a low speed and then slowly raise the speed - blend at a med-high speed for 30 seconds or so to get a good emulsion. Super easy and yummy - I drink this every day0 -

I'm in love with green smoothies (check out the green smoothie queen, lots of ideas there)
This morning I had : A massive handful of mixed baby greens, approx. 1/2 cup pomegranate juice, blueberries, blackberries, ground flax seed and yogurt. Yum!0 -
mine pretty simple and one I got from Alton Brown:
8 ounces Unsweetened Plain Soy Milk - look for one that is just soy bean and water (I use Westsoy) and not full of all the other stuff
smallish banana
1/2 frozen blueberries (lots of fiber and antioxidants)
1/2 frozen colorful fruit - strawberries, mangos, peaches, black berries, raspberries - you get the idea.
blend it up!
Very filling and yummy not too sweet -0 -
I do:
1/2 C Plain or Vanilla greek yogurt-lots of protein
1 small banana
a good handful of baby spinach
1 C frozen fruit-whatever I have, blueberries, mango, strawberries, blackberries
about 1 TBS flax seed,
some honey for sweetness if I'm using the plain yogurt
a dash of cinnamon (heard it's good for you)
I then add plain green tea if it needs some liquid to blend
I really don't measure so this is a guesstamite.0 -

Here's a simple Smoothie I make sometimes for breakfast. It's from the Zone diet - this would be a "3-block Breakfast".
Blend together:
1 cup milk
2 Tbs protein powder
1 cup frozen strawberries
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
1 scoop cashews
Instead of the cashews, I use Sesame Seed Butter or Almond Butter - both give a yummy flavor!0 -
