    Yes the yoplait smoothie packs are the best. Just add milk and it makes 2 8oz smoothies. i love the blueberry pomogranate but strawberry banana are good too!

    I usually have a smoothie for breakfast every morning. I love this recipe:

    1/2 cup of Greek Yogurt (Chobani)
    2 scoops of Total Lean Vanilla Protein Powder
    1/2 cup of frozen berries
    1 cup of water

    It tastes just like a milkshake!

    Here are my favorites, I drink smoothies everyday for breakfast and lunch which was the foundation of the 17.5lbs I've lost so far, YAY ME! LOL:

    1. Strawberry milkshake
    8oz of Blue Diamond 40 cal Almond Milk (vanilla)
    .5 cup of frozen unsweetened strawberries
    6oz of vanilla greek yogurt (optional)
    Vi-shape protein powder

    2. Berry berry good! (love these names I created on the fly LOL)
    8oz of Blue Diamond 40 cal Almond Milk
    .5 cup of frozen strawberries
    .5 cup of frozen mixed berries
    Vi-shape protein powder

    3. Strawberry Orange Dreamsicle
    8oz of Sunny D or orange juice
    3 to 4 fresh strawberries
    Vi-shape protein powder

    Here's my fav:

    17g Vanilla Protein Powder
    20g banana
    1/3 cup blueberries
    2 T Fred Meyer Low Carb Vanilla Yogurt (I'm sure any kind of vanilla yogurt would do fine)
    1 cup water
    10 Ice Cubes
    2 hand fulls of Spinach (trust me, you cant taste it!)

    Blend until smooth :)
