Hiya
i'm a bride to be trying to lose weight for my upcoming wedding in July 2012. I'm a bit lazy and very unfit so i am taking things slow. I am trying to cut out junk food and eat healthier and trying to go for a walk at least one a day even if it just a walking to the train station to go to work.
All advice, tips and motivation are welcome.

Hi Weclome to MFP... this is the best site to log in food and exercise. The best way to stay motivated and for support it's to add friends and to open your food diary to your friends.
