Not new but saying hello!

Hi everyone, been with the MFP for awhile now but thought I'd take the leap and say hello.

Doing pretty good here, had a weight challenge at work and lost the first 22 pounds and now hubby and I both are doing the FA Recovery Program. I am totally addicted to Sugar and Flour so this is a great plan for both of us. The first week was difficult but now it's just so much easier.

Hoping we get to goal sometime this summer and can have a healthy, relaxing vacation in the mountains of Virginia.

    Hello there, boy can I ever relate to your sugar and flour cravings!! Some pople say to eat fruit in place of the sugar, but for me it just does not work. Do you have any ideas on how to help those sugar cravings??
