    Are you eating enough?

Are you drinking enough water? Eating enough carbs throughout the day? You aren't pushing yourself too hard, are you? You are taking breaks periodically, aren't you?

Normally when I feel this way from cardio it means that I am under-nourished with my carbs and possibly dehydrated. I have also felt this way on days that I am gung-ho and burn out within the first 15 minutes, yet still push through even though I am past my limit at that point.

Check your iron and vitamin D.

Well, if you are doing the cleanse, I said to minimize your workouts.... You are not eating enough to warrant exercise. Wait to do exercise til you are back on a normal diet that includes meats and carbs and stuff. Drink at least 5 glasses of water a day during the cleanse. I know others who are doing this and are fine and losing weight.

I know I was grossly dehydrated and had those symptons, but also add blurry vision and inabilty to hear that well (felt like my ears were full of water)

Iron, I felt the same exact way, and sure enough I was anemic!

What are the symptoms of Anemia?

You may not notice the symptoms of anemia, because it develops slowly and the symptoms may be mild. In fact, you may not notice them until your anemia gets worse. As anemia gets worse, you may:

Feel weak and tire out more easily.
    Feel dizzy.
    Be grumpy or cranky.
    Have headaches.
    Look very pale.
    Feel short of breath.
    Have trouble concentrating.

    Symptoms of
Folic Acid Deficiency Anemia might make you:

    Feel weak and tired.
    Feel lightheaded.
    Be forgetful.
    Feel grouchy.
Lose your appetite and lose weight.
    Have trouble concentrating

I get like this sometimes, and I am not anemic. It's usually because
    a. I didn't eat enough
    b. I am still tired from the workout the day before and need to rest

The vitamin B-12 may help with your energy as well. But if you are taking a multivitamin don't take this with it, your multi has it already.
Make sure you get plenty of Vitamin C too, it aids your body in using the iron. Again if you take a multi no need to take extra of this vitamin,

Don't assume anything. Have some bloodwork done before self dosing with iron. I am anemic too but was not low in iron. I actually had TOO much iron and have spent the last year and a half taking medicine at $6,000 a month to remove the excess.

I would have a checkup with my doctor before I continued with the insanity. Be good to yourself.
