you have to make your "food diary" public so people can see it :)
  • think I fixed it and I need to add my green tea and my 16 cups of water

your body is likely in starvation mode if you have been eating like that for awhile. i hope you haven't been, but if you are i would suggest increasing your calories slowly to a more healthy level.
  • I'm not eating like that to try to eat less...I just dont feel like eating.

Since I did a cleanse last week, I feel like my stomach has shrank and I just can't eat more

not feeling like eating is one of the signs of being in starvation mode. your body is trying its best to deal with the low amount of calories you are taking in. that is why i'd suggest gradually increasing your calories each day. you are not getting nearly enough nutrients from your food (i peeked back awhile into your diary) and this could have long term consequences on your health.

If you don't get at least 1200 cals in a day your body will go into starvation mode and you will actually convert everything into fat.

really would suggest more calories....double check your iron and calcium as well as vitamins...need green and colorful foods/veggies......anti oxidants etc.

try reading some of the newbie articles on eating enough calories to really fuel your body and not kill metabolism

    good luck :)

Not healthy. You don't have to "feel like" eating to eat and saying you "can't" is complete bull. Open your mouth, chew, swallow. You got to a high weight by eating. I think you will be able to remember.

It seems you are scared of eating and enjoy that hunger suddenly doesn't have the power over you that it once did. If you diet like this you will continue an unhealthy relationship with food and end up on a gain/lose roller coaster that will not end until you truely educate yourself on the why behind the what of eating healthy for fuel, strength and fitness.

Not only that but when you lose weight from under eating and therefore cannot maintain or gain muscle, when (yes WHEN) you do re-gain weight it will be MORE fat and those same 20 pounds will LOOK like a lumpier 30. TRUST.

completely inappropriate and RUDE. I find it ironic that you wrote this "These forums are not ONLY for information sharing but also support. Making posters feel attacked for any reason is as counterproductive as misinformation" in a previous post, then wrote the above post here.

Well I see it as being brutally honest and it was certainly not intended as attacking and most definately not misinformation, more like setting the record straight to someone who quite obviously is not seeing clearly and may need a wake up call. That quote you gave of mine from another post was completely out of context. I don't give unsolicited advice, you came on here and asked the MFP community for their collective opinion- that includes mine. If you don't want universal input then don't ask for it in public forums. Not everyone is going to coddle you or agree with what you are doing. I don't think telling someone like you things like "maybe" and "perhaps" or "you should think about..." gets through. I hope you find your way to a healthy/happy life. Best of luck!
