My progress

Hello everybody. This is my first post here. I thought I might share my weight-loss progress.

I started using the MyFitnessPal app on my phone mid-February, but I've been exercising and dieting since mid-December when I weighed 265lbs. I've currently lost 46lbs, weighing 219. My goal is 210.
