    Wow! Thanks for all the great responses. This site is going to be a great tool to keep track of my food intake, etc. So far, my entire journey I've been great at the exercise part and terrible at the nutrition part. This is a great way to stay honest with myself and keep an accurate diary.

    A well-apportioned 160 would be acceptable to me! I'm going to be tickled with 185! Soon too!
