I have been doing the 30 Day Shred for 3 weeks now. I think I can see some differences in my body and was just wondering what everyone else thinks! Thanks!

    I definitely see a difference in your stomach, hips, and thighs. Getting toned up! Keep at it.

    Thanks everyone! I was just looking at the pics and didn't know if I was actually seeing a difference. I never thought losing 10 lbs would make a difference on me! I feel like I can tell the most in my legs, and my booty isn't so saggy, lol :) I will definitely be keeping up with it!!!

    Like everyone else has stated, YES! You are doing great and it shows!

    If you are not seeing it for yourself, you might want to try taking your body measurements once every two weeks. It is such a good indicator to see exactly where the inches are falling off! You should be so proud!

    i am thinking about doing this in April.....may i ask how you log it on MFP for exercise? i've seen cardio, I've seen circuit training...I am just curious how you chose to log it.

    ur legs look great! Ive been debating on doing the shred myself-and my thighs look similar to yours before...I think u might have convinced me!

    I log it under circuit training, general. I definitely recommend it. It will kick your butt, but it's worth it!
