Most people assume you eat good food then you stay healthy. That's only part of it. A more complete picture is eating healthy foods for what your body needs. An endurance runner needs to replenish her body with nutrient dense high quality foods. A person who works a sedintary job may not need as many calories. There is no one size fits all diet for everyone.

That's the challenge I've been dealing with recently. I know how to count calories to lose weight, but I've been training for a half marathon and I can't figure out how to get the proper nutrition to meet my sports goals while still trying to lose weight. Any suggestions considering I have a life and can't spend all day on eating right?0
