I am new to this but loving it. For me to loose weight it has to be in my face and this is what this is doing no going around, you will see what you eat in calorie and numbers . i will be doing this every day since i also have it on my droid x. And that i realy love.

Oh yeah and I love anything that is from the Disco time, since I used to go out dancing every weekend and look great. I want to be that again.

    Glad to have you aboard. Know that through your time here you will face ups and downs. Do not get discouraged. It's all about believing in yourself and knowing that you can do it.

    I began my journey May 11th, 2010 and have lost 73 lbs. since then and I have to credit a good bit of that motivation to my friends and tools on myfitnesspal.

    All I can say is be honest with yourself. Be true to the logging of absolutely everything you eat, get yourself a good exercise routine and stick with it. You don't have to lose it all at once. Be patient. If you are just getting back started in exercise, take it slow and work yourself up to the workout levels you want to be and it will happen. Believe me, if I can do it, anyone can.
