right now my net calories are -402...

and its not because i dont eat, i eat a lot, i just eat mostly fruits, and vegetables.... and jello... mmm love jello...

but i exercise allllll the time...

if i'm watching a tv show on netflix, i do pilates on my yoga mat while i watch...

other wise i'm doing Dance Dance Revolution,

or walking

or treadmill...

and i volunteer at a daycare... and that doesnt help! i alwayssss play with the kids...

but i'm just wondering if anyone know good foods, that can boost calories, without boosting fat and carbs or sodium??

and if you have something negative to say, please leave it to yourself, or write it on a different thread, or your blog.

i am in full understanding that negative calories is BAD, i'm trying to TONE my body by working out, but i'm killing my calories in the process...

please let me know if you have any suggestions on foods =]

You could eat calorie dense foods such as fruits, dairy, nuts and nut butters like peanut and almond butter. Those are chock full of healthy calories.

Almonds and Greek Yogurt for the win! Nutient and calorie dense foods are CRUCIAL in weight loss and health. :-D Seeds, grains, raw nuts, legumes and greek yogurt are all very nutient dense and calorie dense. EXCELLENT for you :-D

    Some suggestions:
    - avocado, nuts, cheese, peanut butter, eggs (yolks as well as whites), wholegrain bread, brown rice, hommous. You don't need to go for low fat or sugar free versions as you have lots of calories to catch up.
    - make your jello with evaporated milk and add in some banana or other fruit, or add yoghurt. This was my favourite dessert as a kid :)
    - make a smoothie with fruit, yoghurt, peanut butter and full cream milk.
    - make sure you start out the day with a healthy breakfast - oatmeal with banana, apple and cinnamon, or poached eggs on wholegrain bread.
    - if you aren't eating regular meals, nowwould be the time to start. Remember that you have an inqisitivelittle one who will watch everything you do, and you want to start her out on the right track for healthy eating.
    - you clearly don't need to do quite so much exercise, maybe skip one workout a day and cuddle with your little one instead.
Good luck getting into healthy eating and exercise habits :)

Nuts would be great (has good fats) and very dense in calories. Might suggest greek yogurt too...high in protein, which if your goal is to tone...well you need to up your protein. Especially if you are eating mostly fruits and veggies. IF you are a meat eater...chicken breast would give you a good calorie and protein boost. And also non fat milk.
Maybe add in some whole grains....bread or granola....something with those good carbs and fiber?
That's about all I can think of at the moment! :)
