Has anyone done any of these workouts yet??? If so can you give me some information on how the workouts are
Length
Intensity
Is there too much rest time ect.
I have already done 2 rounds of Insanity and am not sure if this would be good to buy. I dont want to spend the money on a product that is a step behind insanity
Thanks in advance!

I haven't seen the workouts but I would guess that it's less intense than Insanity. Chalean Extreme was a less intense version of P90x in my opinion.0

Hello Jamie,
Turbo Fire is a total-body cardio-conditioning workout program with the best music and the best trainer. You will get 12 workouts on 10 CDs. Approx 30 minutes you can choose theTurboFire program for you, in either 12 weeks, or 20 weeks with Advanced
TurboFire Classes.
Turbo Fire uses High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) burns up to 9x more fat and calories than traditional cardio.
If you would be interested in more information let me know and I can dirrect mesage you or you can visit my site at www.myfitnessrockstar.com0 -
The lenght varies on the workout. When you look at the workout names, the number next to them is the time length. So, Fire 30 is 30 minutes and HIIT 15 is 15 minutes. There is a Fire that runs 55 minutes. The times are the actual workout. The warm up does not seem to be added into that calculation.
The intensity is extremely high. There are fire drills (the HIITs) and the recovery time is about a minute in Fire and just a few seconds in HIIT.
I'm sure there will be videos on You Tube soon of people doing the workout. Maybe try to search and take a look to see if you can get a good comparison between Turbo Fire and Insanity.0 -
Just got mine and previewed them (didn't have time to do any yet). Love what I'm seeing! They are short, intense and the recovery time look to be a minute max. The music is awesome!0

I did "Fire 45" last night. It was seriously some fun stuff! If you've done regular Turbo Jam workouts, you'll recognize most of the moves. However, there are new combos and there is a bit of a learning curve since they move fast. The music is great -- mostly club stuff ("I Got Your Boyfriend", "Wiggle It"). I burned 365 calories in this class, and I'm sure I'll burn more once I learn the moves and can really get into it. Can't wait to try the rest!0

Awesome! Thanks for letting me know how the 1st workout was..... Look forward to hearing about the others! Great Job0 -
I just started turbo fire program schedule this week. Last week I just did the intro to class section to learn some of the videos. The workouts are anywhere from 30 minutes to 55 minutes, and then you have HIIT workouts from 15 to 30 minutes. The HIIT training is short but very intense and it is suppose to increase your metabolism.
I LOVE TURBO FIRE! I haven't done insanity but there is a lot of jumping in turbo fire and its fast, but definitely broke my weight loss plateau all ready. I would definitely recommend it and I look forward to do it everyday.
I did a lot of research and stewed about it for a few months because of the price as well, but I am glad I bought it.0
