I just can't say enough good things about MFP, especially all my friends! For the first time I have found so many wonderful people who are so supportive and don't judge, it definitely keeps me motivated and on the right track!! Thanks again to MFP and all you great people who have become my new friends!!!

    It is fantastic im using the mobile app to log my food and progress and to use these forums aswell its great fun and it is saving me a lot of time instead of having to put pen to paper and use a calculator

    Totally Agree.. its the most motivating thing I've found in all my years of trying to loose weight.. this time with this community and the tools on here I feel like I'll succeed..
