How do I put enter in my exercise video? It is a hearty 20 minute boot camp-style DVD.

    hi, have you ever heard about met calculations, use this site to calculate the met used in each activity,

    lamb.cc/calories-burned-calculator/



    you enter your weight and the met for the activity ie 6, as thats what it is for home aerobic, vigourous exercise, and it tells you how much you burnt to a appr guide ,
