New to MyFitnessPal, love the android app—love this system

Hello Everybody,
I'm a zumba instructor but I love to eat! All my favorite foods are composed out of carbs.
So my goal is to loose the extra pounds and to turn fat into muscle.
I have been "trying" to lose 7 lbs for the past 4 months. On the first day I have started this program I saw that the amount of food I was consuming is way over my daily limit. this is a great program—Good luck to us all. :)

    I love the android app too it helps when I'm out and I want to know if Im over my limit or not, I personally think its better than the WW app :)
  • I love the android and the ipod app.. both great if you eat out :) I love being able to log everything it helps me keep on track.
