:cry: Went to the doctors today and was SHOCKED at what the scale said I weighed. 6 years ago after my husband died I lost 35 pounds .. I knew that I was putting the weight back on ( cloths were getting tight or I could not wear them) but I did not realize that I was close to putting on that ALL THE weight back on.... then a friend told me about this site and I am so glad that I found it. Since I am alone it is way to easy to eat and not think about it. But today was my first day on here and with the help and motivatation here I am sure that I will be able to take off the weight and keep it off this time. Good luck to everyone:) :happy:

    Thank you very much. It is nice to have a place to go that will help me keep motivated . As I read other topics and post I realize, as many of us do, that we are not alone in this battle. This alone makes a huge impact of our sucees of winning the battle . Thanks again for the welcome.
