What's on Your Schedule, Today?

I've spent months trying to MAKE myself get up super early and workout. Just thinking about that would make me stress out, somewhat. So, now - I think I've finally got it. On the days I don't have to work 'til 9am, I work out after the kids get off to school (around 7am). On the days I have to work at 8am, I workout AFTER I get off work. Can you say, "Stress be gone!" It works for me.
That being said - today's an after work day. I've got strength training.
What's on your schedule?????

Each Measurement is per. burger
Hart-James Burgers
4 oz of lean ground beef (we do organic, could be subbed for ground turkey)
1 Tbsp goat cheese crumbles (or omit & add a slice of WW swiss to finished burger)
1 Tbsp. finely chopped red onion
1 Tbsp. brown rice
1/2 Tbsp finely chopped baby bella mushrooms
1 Tbsp. finely chopped fresh spinach
1 Strip of bacon (Butterball Everyday reduced sodium turkey bacon)
I use a food processor for all of the veggies because getting them super fine make the burger taste better.
Add the rice & veggies. Gently fold the cheese in last. You can chop the bacon and add into burger but I don't tend to notice it so instead I add a pc. on top when it's done along with an ounce of avacado & some mustard. We have them on Ezekial sprouted grain flourless buns. Burger ends up being just over 400 cals. but it's AMAZING, HUGE and healthy!
The sweet potato "fries"aren't actually fries, we just slice up a sweet potato up into circles (skin & all), spray a foil covered cookie sheet with olive oil or butter spray and cook for 15 minutes on each side. They are delicious plain, even better with a little bit of sea salt or even chili powder. So filling, don't think I could do this without them a few times a week!0
