Does anyone else have days where you just want to eat everything in the house? How do you deal? I just had a really bad day where I felt hungry no matter what I ate. Now I feel awful for "giving in" and eating. I've been working out 4-5 days a week for an hour (cardio, Zumba, etc.). Would that make me hungrier than normal???

studies have shown that women after ovulation have a higher calorie intake and higher weight. so if you are in the second half of your cycle your hormones might be guilty! :-)0

I often feel like this. I am trying my hardest to control it! It helps when I am anal about logging my calories.0

whew, I'm not alone!!!!
When I have those days I find the food with the lowest possible calorie count and "fill up" on those. Like a huge salad with little dressing.
Darn those woman times of the month!! LOL retain water, and makes us hungrier! grrrr lol Now knowing though makes it much easier to deal! THANKS!!0
