The amounts of lbs lost and the percentage are all from the total, not from last week. :)

    Ahhhh Team Purple. I'm making up for my 2 lb gain last week. I think it might have been mostly water weight (AF last week) because I weighed myself this morning (scale addict) and am at 143 already.

    We're an awesome team like that - seriously the best women ever are on the orange team - I love these girls! I can't wait to see where we stand this week!
