This forum is great! All the before and after pics are so inspiring. Thank you all for sharing :) I just went and took my own before pics. I am not going to share until I have some after or half-way pics as well. I am committed to logging my foods everyday with the great tools here. I look forward to someday posting my own before and after pics to inspire others!

    That's one thing I wish I had more of (before pictures) ! But when You get to a certain weight you Don't typically like pictures of yourself. Hang on to those bad boys Then you can go back and say "my god, That Was me...holy cow! " :)

    Good for you. I regret hiding from the camera and struggling to find before pics. You'll love looking back at your 'old self'.
