I am consistently over my protein goals. I'm just wondering what the possible problems with that could be. Anyone have any info for me?

the short answer is NONE
don't even worry about it. as long as you're under your total calories and you're eating a decent balance of protein, carbs and fats it's not something you should even think twice about
MFP is way too low on the protein0 -
you can manually change your protein goals. Set it to 30% instead of 15%. 15% is way low.0

Thanks! I didn't think it was too bad but sometimes I'm way over. I do exercise 4-6 days a week, which I thought protein was good for. Just changed my goal to 30%.
Thanks again!0 -
Does that work best for you? If I eat oatmeal for breakfast I am starving by 11:00. If I eat some egg beaters, 1/2 cup black beans and a tomato, I suprise myself because it will be 1:00 before I notice I am hungry. I still eat carbs, but I find a diet slightly higher in protein works best for me.
I think if you are being sensible, making healthy choices (lean proteins) and sticking to your plan you should just be happy!0 -
Don't forget to drink plenty of water, thouigh.0
