So, my biggest problem is controlling my cravings, and having the will power to say no to certain foods. How can I overcome this ugly issue? What are some tips?

Drink a lot of water.....sometimes your body confuses being thirsty with hunger, Many times when I feel hungry I chug a glass of water. I actually hate it but it does work. Also find things to snack on that become -calories like celery. It burns more calories digesting than it contains.......

I have a hard time with it as well at times, but some things I do to help: Chew gum to keep my mouth "not as bored", Brush my teeth so I don't want to eat anything else for a while, Call a friend, Go to your closet and try on clothes, Take a bubble bath, Eat sugar free jello with fat free whipped topping (or another very low calorie dessert to satisfy me), Give myself 5 minutes to think about if I really want to eat it, Leave the house when I'm snacking on food there, Take healthy snacks in your car like apples and walnuts so you're not hungry and stop for fast food.
I hope some of that helped!
