Hi went to see the company doc the other day for my yearly lung function test (blowinginto a tube to measure lung capacity). This is performed for people who use chemicals and things like solder in thier line of work. Anyway after losing 22 lbs since last August and excersizing up to 6 times per week my results have improved...

Lung capacity and elesticity up by 16% (they were pretty good anyway)
Blood pressure down from 122/86 to 108/60

I didn't really think it would make that much difference!!! :-)

    Wow, that's great!

    We get so hung up on seeing the scale move that it's nice to see you have really improved your health quite a bit!

    And it's a great reminder that even 20 pounds can really influence our health!
