I drink protein shakes a lot as well! I drink them in the morning and at night. What I do is take 1cup of halved strawberries, half a banana, 1cup of lowfat skim milk, 1/2 cup of light and fit strawberry yogurt (or whatever yogurt you like, I always use the fat free or light ones. Just a personal preference), 1 scoop Optimum Nutrition Soy Protein Powder, and 1 teaspoon of Fitness Fiber. Put it all in a blender and enjoy! I think the calorie content is 367.0
