If I had to pick one it would be Indestructible by Disturbed. If I could pick a couple more i'd add Rise Above This by Seether and Bombshell by Powerman 5000.

"I'm Shipping Up to Boston" from DropKick Murphys (from "The Departed" soundtrack).... AWESOME song, BEYOND awesome movie. That song is THE song that gives me my second wind on long runs (or during speed drills) since I'm training for my first half marathon. I HAVE to have something hard and fast to get me MOVING! Also- "Let the Bodies Hit the Floor" by Drowning Pool .

On my slacker radio, I have a whole Punk station (Irish/Celtic punk? Not sure of the technical term here) that just makes me dance. Punk is great for weight lifting. :D

I LOVE Dropkick Murphys, even saw them at Warped Tour once, but sadly don't own any of their music...YET...I listen to alot of Flatfoot 56, The Briggs, and Far From Finished and Street Dogs when I work out--love the upbeat fast tempo of the street punk stuff!

I like anything by Andrew W.K. His songs all have great tempo for keeping up woth a workout.

Example (sorry about the advertisement clip before the actual video): http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WccfbPQNMbg

I'm all about this Hair Band - Whitesnake "Here I go Again"

I'm listening to Whitesnake right now!

But yeah any 80's metal. Guns n' Roses- Paradise City (the solo RULES) or Sweet Child o' Mine, AC/DC-Back in Black, Van Halen-Hot For Teacher... the list goes on.

I guess you asked for one song. Oh well, these are good.

My fav workout song is Pink - Raise Your Glass.

Friending random people, not weird at all. If they don't like it they don't have to accept the request.
