I LOVE IT! I'm on my way to losing a baby giraffe!

Also, when I get bummed when I've only lost a pound, I go to the meat department in the grocery store and pick up a pound of hamburger, and just feel its bulk and heft. Holding a pound of flesh in my hand like that (kinda gross, I know) makes me realize that a pound IS good enough, and that I just need to be patient and keep on track!

LOL I like it. I weighed myself today and only lost 1 lb when I should have lost 2 (I selected 1 lb a week and it's been 2 weeks), so I was feeling kinda bummed. I just went to my fridge and got a pound of butter out. You're right. A pound is surprisingly hefty. I feel a bit better now.

Love this! I always look at my weight like this, but it's usually in food. So even losing 1/4 of a pound is a cube of butter! Two pounds is a brick of cheese. it always makes me feel better to look at it all like this.

I'm looking to lose a mid-sized microwave! So far I've lost a Chihuahua. Goal for the next three weeks: reach the weight loss of a household cat! :D
