Hello!

I decided to sign up for myfitnesspal.com because I had heard good things about it on the boards of WW. I have lost 30 lbs using WW but since the change to the new program, I have been gaining and losing the same 2 lbs. I am hoping that by using the food and exercise Diary that I am able to give myself that well needed kick in the butt to lose the last 7 lbs! Why do the last 10 lbs seem to be the hardest?!
