I just count calories 1320 a day and workout 6 days a week....hard! And I am in a womens bootcamp 2 days a week kicks my butt!!0

I noticed you caloric intake is more than mine (1200) does that mean you eat your exercise cals??0 -

I havent done my inches yet, I do not eat my excersize calories.0 -

I'm really not a fan of running but it's helped me a lot! I do 25-50 pushups a day and at least 500 crunches and cardio and weights I try to change up my workouts as much as possible and it seems to be working0 -

Put [ img ] before your image link and [ /img ] after it and it should work. You'll have to remove the spaces inside the bracket.

You look awesome!!! I do TaeBo once a week and run 3-4 times. My legs are thinning out nicely, but am working on my stomach. I am part of a challenge right now that I have to do 3000 situps and pushups in the month of March which breaks down to 100 each per day.
