Hi I'm new to all this, but I've had a successful day and it feels great!

  • It does get easier....the first three days I felt like my stomach was eating itself from the inside out. It took every bit of will power I could muster to make it through. But it's a lot easier now. And you are spot on....recording what I eat is the only way I would be able to keep on track. I'm hoping that after awhile, I'll learn to recognize by instinct what a portion size looks like, but for now, I have to track it here.
  • This is my 3rd week and if it wasn't for this website I wouldn't be eating as well as I am now.

    Welcome! Today is my 4th day! Tracking is essential as far as I'm concerned. It makes me think twice about what I'm about to put in my mouth. Today I added walking. I can't wait to start seeing real results. I am so so very grateful for this website. Good luck in your journey. ~Regina :happy:
