Kiwi!!!! Eat a few kiwi & a couple hours later you should be good to go.0

I've heard that a salt flush that goes along with the Master Lemonade Cleanse can do it quickly. I prefer Smooth Move Tea, which I take before bed and I'm ready in the morning. Hope that helps! Have a great day.0

I'm having the same problem...you'd think with all the veggies and fruit it would happen naturally...what gives!?0
-
Food that is naturally high in fiber, beans,broccoli,greens.cabbage.oatmeal,whole wheat bread, fruit....0
-
Pineapple, peanuts... Anything with a lot of fiber! You can take a fiber supplement. Coffee acts as a diuretic and sometimes has a laxative effect...0
-
I use senna tea every so often...0

Laxatives work in a few hours.. why do you need it more instant than that? Food takes a good 12+ hours to go through your entire system, so I'd say it's your best bet.0

Handfull of Macadamia nuts does it everytime and FAST !!0

Fiber indeed -- but it only works if you really bump up your water intake. I was taking fiber for a while before I figured out that I wasn't drinking enough water to make it work.
Really strong coffee tends to work for me too...sometimes too quickly.0 -
fiber and a lot of water.
Try flax seed stirred into a yoghurt and that should help. (coffee helps too, its quicker but not an answer in the long run)0 -
i am thiniking a hot green tea might do the trick? i took 3 laxatives last night and nothing. honestly its been like 5 days so thats not normal. i have plenty of fruits and veggies in my diet so i am actually shocked however i been taking medicine and thats probably the reason . .0

I eat an Activia Fiber yogurt every day. It really does keep you regular. The Vanilla & Cereal flavor is my favorite.0

coffee, ha0

Linseeds. Have a tablespoon followed by a large glass of water. They bulk up in your gut.
The other thing, which is nothing short of a miracle is psyllium husk powder, which absorbs hundreds of times it's weight in water. You have a teaspoon dissolved in a glass of water, then follow with another glass. Both are very effective and far better for you than laxatives, as they provide fiber which helps your colon health.0 -
Fiber one bars work for me...and only 90caloreis:)0

Papaya extract. It comes in little chewable pill form. You get it at the vitamin store. They are yummy and taste like candy.
This is the easiest, natural way I know to help things along if food isn't doing it. I even give them to my 5 year old if she needs help in that department.
Also, make sure you are getting plenty of water.

Unsweetened Prune Juice.
I buy Sunsweet Gold Label juice.
Good luck!0 -
Prunes, prune juice. Interesting that the laxative didn't work.0

I suppose if are you really uncomfortable, a glycerin suppository would work instantly. I've been drinking a half cup of prune juice daily and it seems to be helping me.0

Caffeine gets thing moving, that's one of it's natural stimulating effects on the body. A cup of coffee does it for me every morning, and usually within an hour of drinking it.0

Rx meds can definitely do that, especially heavy duty pain killers. When I had my gallbladder out they prescribed me painkillers + Milk of Magnesia to help keep things moving despite the meds0 -

haha,,,yeah, they dont smell like "oats and chocolate" coming out .....quote from my son0 -
I usually use coffee to help, but there are times that even that won't work for me. I have put benefiber in it and had that help. I have also taken over the counter stool softener when need be. Those 2 things aren't brutal to my stomach like the laxatives are. Hope you get relief soon, I know it can be awful!!0

mirilax the powder its a bit pricy however you can put it in anything and there is no flavor. i have it on drs orders cause i have to have high fiber in my diet cause i have a lazy bowl...0

I eat oatmeal everyday, it helps....
But coffee and senna tea work. It takes over night for the senna tea to kick in. And about an hour for coffee0 -
Fiber diets can be dangerous through laxitives!!! Be careful!!! You can get fiber plus and add it to everything you eat/drink but in addition to it you want to be sure to drink lots of water and eats fruits and vegies!! You can dehydrate very fast and you pour out any nutrients you eat before you body can absorb them!!!!! Also take multi-vitamins if you choose to diet this way!!0

Powdered fiber (not pills) and a lot of water.
I prefer the "au natural" method.
Also - wheat thins have a great "fiber" line. I eat the garden veggie ones for my 2nd carb helping of the day, and its 20% of your daily fiber.0 -
There is something called Dieters Tea, the herb combination... em, gets things moving. It's a natural way to get your body clean and going again. It's much healthier than anything artificial. :-D0
