I just wanted to say...I am pretty stinking proud of my self. I have really been busting my bottom, working out hard and eatting supper healthy. I have been setting a minni goal for t his sat. I wanted to be down 10lbs and guess who met the goal a day eariler. Thank you kettle bell, gym, walking and Zesty Italian fat free dressing with only 30 cal per table spoon!!!!! Here I go getting the next 10 off.
