todays workout seemed harder!!!!!

does any1 find that there workouts seem harder on some days than others? today my workout seemd really hard and i didnt do that long>?

    Yes some days it's so rewarding to get on the workout train and others it's punishment. IDK why. I find the days I just can't seem to get into it I don't burn near as many calories or feel motivated to do anything.

    It'll be better next time.

    It could be different for every individual but normally when I feel like that it's because I havent had enough rest and/or over working my body.

    Always at the end of the week they are harder for me. Body is worn out. But I don't usually take a rest day until my body tells me to. Thought I was going to do Insanity this morning. Opted for the elliptical instead and that will be my only workout today.

    Hard or easy the key for me is to just do it! Once you create a habit it's just second nature. Burning some calories (if you're not performing at your peak) is better than burning none at all. Even on days when you're not at the top of your game be proud that you actually completed the work out girl :flowerforyou:
