    Nice! I finally got my waist and hips to measure smaller today. I could see the changes but the measuring tape was not agreeing.

    Nope has not helped. I have been doing the Lift My Butt Please exercises for month with no change. It genetic, I take after my father side of the family and they all had a flat backside. :sad:

    I understand the Flat backside too well. I have no Butt and nothing helps. My husband met me when I was close to my heighest weight and did not realize how flat my Butt really was until recently. My family had a saying they would tell me when I was younger. " Its bad when you put your pants on backwards and the fit better". I wish I could take some of my Stomach and transplant it in my Butt with out surgery.

    My husband and my boys suffer from no backside but my side of the family was always pretty broad in the butt. My middle son, who's 24, says he resembles a bullfrog standing on it's hind legs..and sadly, he does.
