Hello all! I am new to My Fitness Pal - I joined partly because I can access it from my phone as well. Very convenient :smile:

I am trying to lose weight and get healthy - as everyone else is as well!!!

I am currently doing a morning boot camp program that I love, and I thought tracking calories would help my success. I lost weight once before and it was all by tracking everything that went in my mouth! My goal is to feel good in a bathing suit by this summer!

Best of luck to everyone - I know that we can all meet our goals!
