losing motivation real fast.....

been exercising vigorously this month. lost 10 lbs. but then this past week i've only lost POINT 2 POUNDS. is that normal? i was doing so well and now i feel like giving up....sigh

with losing weight you have your ups and downs i be next week your lost will make up for this week. please just keep going! you can do this! :flowerforyou:0

Change your exercise routine.For example; instead of bicep curls do hammer curls; instead of aerobics try circuit training you get the picture0
