Within the past week I have ate horribly (by comparison). I have ate out 4 times :noway:, always being reasonable, but of course more than what I would do at home. I'm talking Jimmy Johns (cut in half / two meals), pizza (4 slices for 3 meals), and twice to a restaurant (fish with fruit / steamed broccoli for sides). Otherwise during the week I have noticed I've been hungry more often, so I have had a few more snacks (~100 calories each).

Today I hopped on the scale, not knowing what to expect and I've lost 4 pounds! Not bad considering I've been losing about 1 lb a week for the past 2 months being good and under my calorie goal. Lesson learned! Upping the calorie intake, which will help get rid of some horrible left overs.

That's awesome! I've upped my calorie intake just recently due to hunger and all the posts on here suggesting that, MAYBE you aren't eating enough, and that's what's causing the scale to be static!

Your LTG - is my ultimate goal as well... I could care less what I weigh if I can shed the shirt and see the good ripples!
